In the case of this depiction of Sonic.EXE, it appears that an extra set of hands sometimes emerge from his mouth. When he isn't crying blood, one can see a faint but noticeable rash under his eyes. He seems to always produce blood under his eyes, even when he's not actually crying, though this is a major birthmark when he was born, his eyes hurt greatly. He now has an X-shaped slash in his chest oozing with blood that, along with the blood produced from his now hot-pink eyes which bounce up and down at the player like a predator observing prey. His facial proportions are extended to the point of his skull being partially visible through his eye sockets, and his teeth and gums are now a sickly purple. Along with their new shape, Sonic.EXE's quills are also tipped with a bright, almost crystalline-looking purple. His quills are now even more unkempt, and seem to have grown longer around his ears and eyebrows. The major differences between them, though, are his eyes (which have a black border around them), his quills (they are of a darker shade of blue) and his mouth (which acts exactly like it does in Too Slow).ĭuring Triple Trouble, Sonic.EXE takes on a more beastly form known as Xenophanes, appearing to have greatly increased in height among many other differences. He also takes on a 16-bit appearance, resembling Classic Sonic from Sonic 1. Along with this, his mouth's deformities are present in all of his poses.ĭuring the "Green Hill" section of You Can't Run, instead of having pitch black eyes and red pupils, he appears to have white eyes and black pupils as usual. In You Can't Run, Sonic.EXE's quills are more unruly and his eyes are now completely black, same for his left, up, and laughing poses. He has pitch black eyes, usually accompanied by red irises, although this can vary. He has a wide mouth, and his teeth are fanged and yellow, a side effect of when his body was first made. He is seen to have claws, which can be either black or purple.

His skin is also paler, with a black color fading into his forearms, hands, forelegs, and feet. His fur and quills are darker blue, less smooth, and more unkempt.
Sonic.EXE looks just like Sonic the Hedgehog, except there are several noticeable differences to his appearance. Sonic.EXE is the central antagonist of the mod, and the main antagonist of his titular creepypasta. Tails' appearance from that is also unsettling. Also, the Secret History of Sonic and Tails is a very disturbing video of which Tails has an obsession with Sonic and murders Knuckles, Shadow, Mighty and Ray and many more. Have poses where they look at the player which can disturb viewers, certain popup images (such as the jumpscare images in "Triple Trouble") can be unsettling. Also, Soul Tails and Sonic.exe phase 2, etc. Also, the appearance of certain characters can be very disturbing (Robotnik and the former EXE second form in particular).

The mod has blood and visible gore, and some of the characters (Sonic.exe, Lord X, Soul Tails, Soul Knuckles, Soul Robotnik, and EXE) come from disturbing source material. Reason: This mod is obviously based on Sonic.exe, which is a creepypasta.
